Privacy
This website does not collect anything.
That is the whole notice, and the rest of this page is the evidence for it. There are no analytics, no cookies and no forms that post to a server. We would rather publish a short honest page than a long one describing trackers we do not run.
What this site does not do
Each of these is a statement about the source code of this website, and each one is checkable: the site is a static Next.js application and you can read what it loads in your own browser devtools.
Not present on this site
- No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Fathom, no Vercel Analytics and no product-analytics SDK anywhere in the site source.
- No cookies. The site sets none. The only thing written to your browser is a single localStorage entry, conseiltek-theme, which records whether you chose the light or dark theme. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
- No tracking pixels, no advertising tags, no marketing automation script and no session recording.
- No third-party embeds. There is no chat widget, no video embed, no map and no social widget, so no other company is handed your IP address by loading this page.
- No account, no login and no user profile, because there is nothing here to log in to.
Fonts are served from this site
The three typefaces are compiled into the site at build time by next/font and served from the same domain. Your browser makes no request to Google Fonts or to any other font host, so no font provider sees your visit.
The host keeps ordinary server logs
Whoever serves these pages will keep the request logs that every web server keeps — IP address, timestamp, path, user agent — for a short period, for security and abuse handling. That is operational logging by our hosting provider, not analytics, and we do not aggregate it, profile it or join it to anything.
Outbound links are ordinary links
Links to GitHub, LinkedIn and vendor pricing pages are plain links with no tracking parameters attached. Once you follow one, that site’s own privacy policy applies and ours stops.
The contact form
The form sends one email, to us.
The form on the contact page posts what you typed to this site's own server, which turns it into a single email to support@conseiltek.com and keeps no copy. There is no database, no customer relationship management system receiving a webhook, and no lead-capture service in the middle. The web server's ordinary request log records the submission's time and the originating IP address, as it does for every request to every page.
The message reaches us by email and nothing else happens automatically — no autoresponder, no scoring, no enrichment against a third-party dataset. If the send fails, the page tells you so and offers to hand the text to your own mail application instead, which posts nothing anywhere.
Once you email us
From the moment you send it, your message is an ordinary business email in our mailbox. We use it to answer you and, if we end up working together, to run the engagement. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not run a nurture sequence, and we do not sell, rent or share the contents with anyone. If you ask us to delete the correspondence, we will, subject to anything we are legally required to keep.
Our email is hosted by a mail provider, which is a processor acting on our instructions. Client engagement data is covered by a separate data processing agreement rather than by this notice — the trust page describes how we handle client systems and client data.
Your rights
Short, because there is little to exercise them against.
If you have emailed us, you have the usual rights over that correspondence: to ask what we hold, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to our using it, and to complain to your data protection authority. Ask by email and a human will answer, in writing, within 30 days.
If you have never contacted us, we hold nothing about you, because this website never collected anything in the first place. There is no profile to request and no consent to withdraw.
Controller, address and jurisdiction pending
- Data controller: [DECIDE] legal entity name.
- Registered address: [DECIDE] registered address.
- Governing law and jurisdiction for this notice: [DECIDE].
- Data protection contact: [DECIDE] address, and whether an Article 27 representative is required.
Until those are filled in, write to support@conseiltek.com and the message will reach the person who would be named here.
If this changes
If we ever add analytics, a real form endpoint or any third-party script, this page gets rewritten first and the change is described in plain words rather than folded into a paragraph about improving your experience. The sentence under the contact form button gets rewritten at the same time, because it currently promises that nothing is sent.
